Investigations are ongoing into a house fire which occurred in Ōpōtiki late Friday night.
Emergency Services were called to a residential address on St John Street at 11:30pm.
"The fire was well involved upon the arrival of three firefighting crews," A Fire & Emergency spokesperson.
"The last crew left 4 hours later after 3am."
"The fire appears to be suspicious and investigations continue into whether the fire is linked to recent incidents in Ōpōtiki." A Police spokesperson says.
No one was injured in the incident.
