Investigations are underway following an early morning ram raid in Whakatāne.
Police were called to a vape store on Goulstone Road just before 4.59am after a vehicle was used to gain entry to the store.
"At least three offenders were involved and allegedly took vaping products before leaving the store," Senior Sergeant Al Fenwick says.
"Two stolen cars from Rotorua were used in the burglary,"
"One was left at the scene, while the second was used as a getaway vehicle." Fenwick says.
Police enquiries are ongoing to identify and locate those involved.
Police ask for anyone with any information regarding the burglary to call 105 or anonymously through Crimestoppers.
