The 1XX Community Noticeboard is thanks to NZCU North and is a free community service for non profit & community organisations.  If you would like to advertise your community notice contact 1XX reception on 07 - 308 6239, fax 07 - 307 1242 or e-mail us.

Notices are broadcast at 5 minutes to the hour between 7am & 6pm Monday - Friday on 1XX.
 

Whakatane Community Toy Library

We are after your old toys! Do you have cupboards cluttered with old toys? The toy library would be happy to help ease your clutter by accepting donations of toys, puzzles and games suitable for babies & preschoolers. No matter how small or large, if it’s in good working order we would be most grateful. Call Raewyn Iremonger – 308 2151 for more details.

The Eastern Bay of Plenty and Foster Care Support Network

The Eastern Bay of Plenty and Foster Care Support Network, offering peer support, friendship & advice, information and training opportunities, social activities and family days out, meets on the first Tuesday of each month at REAP’s Early Childhood House off Pyne Street Whakatane, from 11am to 12 noon.
